The Basis Peak SmartWatch is being recalled because it over heats and may cause burns on the person who is wearing it!!
Apparently the "smart" watch isn't very smart...it doesn't cool down!!
Apparently Intel company has known since June that the Basis Peak smartwatch was prone to over heating and that apparently some software didn't work to cool the smartwatch down, the company decided to recall their product. Wonder since June how many people got burned from this product?
~Peace~

I was thinking on getting one, but given the bad news about them, I´m going to have to focus on some other item.

I am not fond of anything that is supposed to be smarter than I am.

I use a Fitbit Charge HR and have not found any problem with it. In fact. one full charge of its battery lasts 5 days and its time is accurate.
