Wasted Plan! Bullshit

Wanted to save some money on internet and that's why bought a new SIM card but my plan wasted because this SIM card may claim the best internet speed but actually a slow or i can say disgusting internet provider as there is no page opening in the browser. I called customer care for help but their advice don't working.
My plan has been wasted and some money also wasted.

@Daljinder I'm not good in this area. I know some people are on a contract.....so....I guess money gets taken out of their bank account when it's time to pay up?
I only know about how I get phone credit. I don't have a plan or contract. I don't like being committed to something if I do not have to be. When I am out of credit, it's not likely for me to run out and buy some straight away. I am not addicted to my phone like many others. If I feel I will need some money on my phone then I will spend $40. I don't really know what bonuses I get etc etc. Like I said, I'm not good with this stuff.

@VivaLaDani13 I am not either lol I just add credit when I need it and I can add more of it is used up if needed. Everything else is beyond me and I am not interested in knowing that either.
