Can someone help? Video editing software question

I hope that some of you that are more skilled than I am can answer my question or point me in the right direction. Im still trying to finish my video on a demostration of my tarot readings and I was wanting a particular song playing throughout the video. I tried doing it through the video editor on youtube but I can't get the song I want. I've done the CC search and the playlist search. It's a song that is on youtube.
