I just signed up to myLot tonight, and have been pleasantly surprised at all the responses I have received.
However, I just ask that you please be patient with me. I may miss some comments. I don't mean too...but there is so much going on with me right now, that I get overwhelmed easily.
But will try to eventually respond to everyone, in one form or another.

Getting used to the notification system here took me some time to figure out. I delete mine right after I respond to them, otherwise they really pile up and I get mixed up. I rarely visit beyond three tabs here: notifications, discussions from people I follow and most recent discussions. I know where the rest are but don't spend a lot of time on them. You'll figure out your own methodology and most people here don't get impatient about it.

@marsha32 That is really weird. I don't open in a new window I just don't delete the notification until it has been dealt with. I just start at the bottom of the list and work my way up. Haven't had any trouble with redirects.

welcome to mylot! please don't let'cherself get o'erwhelmed, this place's 'pposed to be a fun place to visit with folks all o'er the world. hope ya read the rules'n regs :) enjoy yer time here, otherwise, what's the point?

It's nice to see you here Teresa. You will enjoy mylot and the people, and you kynow a lot of us already.
One word of advice I can give you---I see that you have already written 12 posts in one day. Some really will steer away from you for doing so---unless you are also giving LOTS of interactions as well.
One thing is that when you reply to someone on your own post or someone else's post, you help that person earn.
Of course you earn for interactions on your own posts.
The more interactions you have on other posts, the more interactions you will have on your own posts too.
I recently am using the notifications, but I will never catch up! LOL

But all my posts are so different. Besides...if people judge me for petty stuff like this, then they can stay away. I have been through too much crap, to worry about this anymore.
