Dealing with urinary incontinent times

I hate wearing pull ups for incontinence. But it is a necessary evil for me since I cough so often and so hard, I'm glad I don't have to pay for them. Tomorrow my CNA will come and hopefully he will come with the diapers in the right size. It's a good thing they are stretchy because time before last he brought me an XL and I wear a XXL. I like the XXL better for now. If they get too big I will go down in size.

It is good you have help, those things are expensive. My sister wears them. I know it is important to be clean, dry and comfortable.

Why not try extra vitamin C..? It could help if you have an infection that may cause the problem. gnld.com has a natural vitamin C with flavonoid. Also the other food supplements could help.. I could send you more info if you wish..

Whatever works I think. I don't have an issue with this yet but I feel I probably will. The right size is best and most comfortable.

That is a problem that would be hard to deal with. but it is what it is and you are making the best of it.
