Most sites I read from say we should have 7-8 glasses of water per day, but I find it may be hard to hit that amount especially on a very busy day, I sometimes forget to take a water break. I wonder if that's unhealthy. How much do you guys drink everyday? I usually take about 4-7 glasses.

I drink a lot of water. I drink about 7-8 bottles of water a day and that is about 16 of the 8oz glasses which is over the recommended. I love water and I stay very hydrated. I don't find it hard at all to drink the recommended amount. I have always been told that you should only drink as much water as your body needs and sometimes you don't need that much and sometimes you need more.

I try to drink a gallon everyday but I almost never make it. I think if I cut back on the soda and made sure I had water with me everywhere it would be easier. The best thing I have done for my water intake is to keep a glass jar in my fridge full of fresh filtered water. Sometimes the water temperature makes it so hard to drink it down but it its cool it is more like a treat.

Let's see. I have to take pills every four to six hours so having a glas of water with those, I guess I drink about the same amount as you. If I work outside sweeping and stuff I get thirstier. It probably ends up being 7 or 8 glasses a day. As you get older and your kidneys don't function as well, usually they tell you to cut down on the water, interestingly.
