@fcmondez I personally agree with this. I often play a game called Saints Row 2 on my PS3. It makes me forget about the things I am stressing and worrying about.

Thank you for sharing such a good way to beat stress and be happy. Few days back my friend suggested me the same idea for buying the latest edition of my favorite games from online store and to relax at home, as I had a bad day at work and was very stressed. I think this is a good way to rest and enjoy oneself. I'm not a gamer, but would definitely try your method for stress relief.
