Hmm , Now He Is Mindful ? !

My husband is basically not a person who voices out what’s on his mind nor his feelings .
Thus , I was surprised when the other Tuesday evening when I came home from work , he asked me what my officemates thought of the new blouses that I wore in the office . These new blouses were courtesy of her auntie , who opened her suitcases filled with yet new shirts , blouses , panties and make-ups she bought whenever there are clearance sales each year , when she was still in the US .
Since she now is thin from her formerly fleshy form , she doesn’t like them for herself nor for her sister , my mother -in-law who is also thin , so she have them tried on me . And when it suits me , she gave them to me . She gave out a lot to everyone at home . 
And since last week , I have been wearing them . My officemates are fascinated that I have lots of new blouses much to the delight of my hubby and auntie when i tell them in the evening when i arrive home . 
I have to tell my officemates though , that they were gifts to me by my hubby's auntie from the US , lest they might check my lifestyle , like they do to those politicians . 
So , when one day I decided to wear my old blouse , my husband likes me to change into another new one.
But I told him that I will , next week . Hmm , now he is mindful of my new blouses . 
What about your partners , are they mindful of what you wear ?

when i worked out'n the public he was (he bought most've my clothes'n fact), but 'fterwards not so much :)

we only have sun and rain here and use umbrellas for both @inlemay and yes, they come in all colors, prints and sizes. some the street vendors even have this hat that looks like a small colorful umbrella without the handle. i thought using an umbrella on sunny days was more of an asian thing.

Sometimes mom would ask if she was wearing something good. I seriously don't have anything to say except "yeah, its good on you" when Im really not that sure

that is so sweet. well, for me, my attire is always in white... but when i go out to the city, i am comfortable with tee shirt and denim pants, but i would also like to think that i can dress up in formal wear as good as my late mother.

You see i think he wants to always know when i arrive home if my officemates likes my new dress again , as i told him and auntie that they are always fascinated that i have been having new blouses courtesy of his aunt . And i told them , my officemates would also like auntie to be their auntie.

@ridingbet You are right . Ever since i am young , i always have a taste for nice clothes . Good thing , my mother provides me with nice clothes then . 
So, until i die , i will always be mindful of how to dress according to occasions .
Though , i like my pants to be always denims (maong ) . I make them formal by just wearing high heels.

@SIMPLYD i believe you are a heavy dresser my lady. what i mean is, you can carry an attire according to its character. you can be formal when you wear formal, and you can be groovy when you are in denims and t shirts. (like me)

It is obvious your husband is happy that your auntie gifted you with nice dresses and so he is delighted to see you wearing those clothes always.
My husband is mindful also of what I wear. Even inside our home, he would react if he saw me wearing too old clothing which I sometimes do when I find the texture of that clothes soothing to my skin but my husband would force me to change it to a new one.

@SIMPLYD Your Auntie-in-law became quite shopholic to your benefit hahaha, clearance sale can really entice shoppers to buy more than they need.
I am also mindful of my husband's wardrobe because sometimes he is baduy so I have to check his color combinations.

Yes, he is so happy i have new blouses without having to spend money .
I have a lot of new ones actually because the two of them would open the boxes one by one . And i have new shorts at the bed whenever i arrive home from work . The other time a box of nice panties ,made in Vietnam . My daughter has also some shirts and boxes of panties.
We cannot fathom how Auntie have amassed so much new things. She said everytime there's clearance sale she would buy . Now, she doesn't remember she has bought them .
There are also lots of new pants but none fitted me because it's small on my hips .

So , what i do is when he has worn them already and been washed i wrap them in a plastic and put it on the garbage .

@1creekgirl I am not much into accessories because after alighting from my brother-in-law's car in the morning , i would take the jeepney to our office .
Make-up , i always do put on make-up . But that's after arriving at our office , since it's still early for the office time .

Wow, how nice of your husband . Men like that are rare .
Hubby wasn't like that before , but now i am surprised her is mindful of what i wear . Maybe because he is excited to see me in the new blouses given to me , if it suits me fine or not .

I think the problem is that most of the time I don't care much about how I look, so I would only want him to be mindful when I was trying to look nice, which is really asking a lot.

My husband always gives me a compliment on what I am wearing. If I can not decide if something looks good or not I will ask him and he will give me his opinion.
