We all have watched the news seeing the show get so much bad press lately that its easy to feel sorry for the actors that are in the cast that haven't been involved in any of the troubles that happened on the set.
I think the biggest reason he was fired is this wasn't the first time he was involved in a bad way on the set. He went to anger management in the past. I can understand that CBS doesn't want somebody on the set they feel is trouble.
Who do you feel is right? Should the network have fired the actor? Would more counseling help this actor now? I am certain that we may never know exactly who started the trouble, as there were a lot of people there. We all know nobody tends to see what happened in the same way and the press doesn't always give us all the details.

It was the third strike for Thomas Gibson. He was known to have temper flare ups, didn't get along with Shemar Moore and made schedule demands to accommodate his lifestyle.

I liked Shemar Moore on the show and can see from his biography he is busy. Criminal Minds has had a few big names walk away and we always know there are problems on the set. The first season was really good, then tension within the cast started to show. People should always think about their actions, as a very successful show for a lot of seasons is going to be remembered for a couple of actors on the show.

I didn't mention about the actor that stole from Shemar Moore. Shemar really is going to remember his time with Criminal Minds in a poor way. Two actors on the show treated him worse than dirt.

I think he was a boring character and should have gone years ago

I think if he had gone years ago Shemar Moore would still be there. We have seen other shows lose actors because of big differences of opinion. We aren't talking about a problem one time and the network really had to take action before somebody else was hit. Its one thing to yell at each other, but that isn't the case with this actor.
