Jail for Principle?

Would you rather go to jail on a point of principle? Jail-- by the definition of justice, law and order is for locking up lawless wrong-doing. If a principle we fight for through violent manners of protestation against other fellow citizens' right to practice his/her right to the protection of the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, then, we ought to be locked up in jail-- for the safety of other people you fail relentlessly to have any discipline and control of yourself over their right to justice, law, freedom and happiness. I think, that's how it should work. Not the other way around, in my non-PC opinion.

I agree . If you become lawless in your protest , then you should be in jail so you cannot disturb the peace of the place .
