People are really Greedy.....the brainless Priest.

When I was offering food to my deceased parents and others I asked the priest how much he was charging for chanting the spells and for getting the ritual performed He informed me that the Government has fixed his rate @ Rs.250/- and I have to pay the said amount. I got pity and said "so, finally the Government is intruding in religious matters also'. . He said 'yes'. After the ritual was over I paid his Rs.250/- and decided to pay him some additional amount. In the meanwhile he said " What is this? How much you paid? I have to purchase vegetables, rice, and other items for the family etc...." I told him that he need not worry. I taking out money and paid Rs.100/- extra. He satisfied with the amount. Actually, I wanted to pay him an additional amount of Rs.250/-. But, when he observed that he is very greedy and was not hesitating to collect more from the public, then I changed my idea and paid him only Rs.100/-. When I showed some sympathy he should have understood that I would pay him more than what was fixed and would have waited till I paid the amount. But, he has not done it. He was very greedy and hurry for the collection. If he had waited just for a minute he would have been benefited but because of his greedy tongue he lost it. A Brainless Priest.
