Did you ever hear of the missing link that scientists were so busy looking for a few years ago? I do think I have found it. I click ads for an online site. Instead of ads, I sometimes get a notice that I found the missing link. I'm not sure exactly what that means, but I get it every few ads. They must know something that I don't. Did you ever find the missing link? What did it look like and what did you do with it? I deleted mine, but it keeps coming back.

Next time you find it, forward it to one of those scientists. They should know what to do with it.

I'm looking for an interesting discussion at the Explore menu and I see this discussion at the top of the list. I decided to give it a try for the 4th time because I'm not sure what to respond to talk about a missing link in science or in internet. Since I decide to be for real, let's talk about the scientific missing link. Wikipedia says that there is a missing evidence between the human being and the ancestor that looked somehow like human. I guess that the missing link is every skeleton that looks like somewhere between a chimpanzee and a human. The subject is very complex, it may include Archeology, the DNA research, and maybe some more fields in science. I wish the DNA research will come to a point that proves all human beings have a common ancestor, making us all a family members. I guess it will solve all of the problems and make peace. We will try to find the common things that we share, the common goals...Why not ? Do you think we all have the same ancestor ? For example, if I check who was my grand grand grand....grand mother, maybe it is also yours grand grand grand...grand mother ?

@akalinus I suggest that instead of deleting missing links, we better do if we connect the pieces together, find the missing links and connect. I start right now: my father's last name was nizard, his parents are from Tunisia. My mother's last name was aknin, her parents came from Egypt. Who knows what happened some generations before, maybe our ancestors have some relatives in common right now ?

@stringer321 Hmm, according to the internet, my family never existed.

We are all part of one human family. But, you know what happens in families. There is the twisted sister, the weird uncle, and the green duck in the pond. I would love to see all families united in love for each other and for other branches of our human families. Will it happen? Probably not anytime soon.

I hope I don't find that one. I saw a movie about a gorilla when I was little. It was a person dressed in a gorilla suit, but it scared the heck out of me. That was before we had TV and way before the know everything Internet age.

@akalinus Uhm... I always thought most people I saw on there were pretty much into self-delusions, irrationality and outright lies! (Granted, I rarely stayed on Fb for long... I even closed my own page down as tightly as it can be closed without deleting it altogether because my daughter and I both use my page to log into other sites.) I don't need anyone's delusions... I get enough from vanny on myLot!
