There is a noontime show on television which features children showing their talents playing different musical instruments.
Some played guitar, trumpet, flute, piano, drums, etc. The girl who played violin caught my attention because she is so good at it because she can play pop songs instead of the usual classical pieces.
I just wish I can learn how to play it too! Am I too old to learn it? One musician said musical instruments like violin or piano should be learned when one is still young.
What do you think? Do you play musical instruments?

I think I know the noontime show you're viewing. I like more to see and listen to violin, sax and keyboard. The LP before this contest was good too :)

You can still continue because if you already knew the basics, it would be so easy to do it again.

Yes, there are things we regret not having done while we were still young; but if you are on it, go for it!

While it might be best to learn while you're young, it doesn't mean you can't learn and enjoy it when you're older. Some instruments are easier to learn than others and the violin is a bit difficult because you need a good 'ear' as you have to make the right sounds by placing your fingers in the right position. With a piano, if it is tuned, the notes are already going to sound correct.

Sorry to know you can no longer play it, but at least you can pass the talent to your daughter.
