People are different behavior and habits. Some persons need T.V on and remote in hand while sleeping. There are persons who like to take novels or newspapers on chest while sleeping. A few likes the sound of the fan or radio music in the room . Some others don't like to turn off the light while sleeping. Wrestling with pillow is a hobby of some one. Some smart guys need full cover of body with blanket and some others don't need it. clock wise and anti clock wise rotation is must for some smart guys. Image: pixabay

Hubby just likes the TV switched on , because it lulls him to sleep. Me, it should be dark , so i have a sleep blindfold , so i can sleep.

@infatuatedbby Keepin away the mobile while sleeping is good. Because it causes less radiation. Some of the guys listen music from the mobile in night while it is in charging position. It is very dangerous to risk their lives.

Cute baby picture. Yeh, I don't fall asleep sitting up, but my folks are older and it happens to them. I suppose some day I will too. I need to be in bed. I do often fall asleep at night with a book or my laptop though. I just have to hope nothing is going to get knocked to the floor.

Glad that you liked the picture. Sleeping with the company of a book cause nothing any health problem. But a power on laptop may cause serious problems.

That's the habit of majority of the people. To sit in the recliner and enjoy TV. But I don't encourage the blarin effect. Sleep in a comfort place is healthy one. It will keeps away the fatigue.

I think you have 24 hours power. We have shut downs many times in summer. That is very difficult.

Some like to sleep on their back facing the ceiling, while some on their belly. Some prefer to lie on their sides.

I have to sleep on my stomach with one foot outside the blanket. I have one cat sleeping above my head on my pillow and the other cat sleeping between my feet and my fiance snoring beside me. I sleep great like that. Last night my fiance was out of tonight for work and it threw off my whole routine. I didn't sleep much. The cats must have been missing him too because the wandered around the house all night meowing. They never do that.
