Zinc Oxide !

Yes it is used for protection against the UV rays of the sun. But I have seen and heard that you can make a paste out of it to fill temporarily a hole in a tooth. So this is what I am going to attempt to do. I am not suppose to ingest it. So I will fond good instructions how to do it. When you have a big enough hole in a tooth you don't always have the cash that flows in your pocket to pay for dentist ,so I am doing what I can to help myself with little money to spend on. I have no insurance to cover that dentist that the prices are out of reach. So here we go. See you, next time. Photo from me, mom.

I have never seen a bag of zinc oxide crystals. It usually comes in tubes. That is a good tip. I don't have money for the dentist, either.

I think the dentist is a place to go when you have money to pay, I would have gone but have to wait
