Guess which letter isn't working?

This is a test to see if you can figure out which key on my keyboard doesn't work. I also have a few numbers that don't work, but they would be easy to figure out.....Actually the letter is easy also....

@infatuatedbby It's a lap top - all or nothing, but I'll try the computer repair guy - he wasn't open yesterday when we were the area.

It is more than one key it is several, my husband has used air compressor on them no luck, electronics cleaner no luck...next stop computer repair shop.

Yes I do actually. But the exclamation mark is the one I miss the most.
