Businesses I won't pursue

I am a business person and having your own business is awesome because you are your own boss. You won't worry about unemployment because it is you who makes employment and provide jobs.
There are businesses though I will never pursue due to their high chance of failing or the stress they can cause.
Here are my top 5:
Transport- My parents are operators of Buses and taxis. I heard they are now Uber Operators too. Growing up I remember how stressful it is to have your house surrounded by cars and smelling all the smoke those cars emits. I also remember the stress they experience whenever a car got broken. Sometimes drivers intentionally get the cars broken so they can use "repairs" as an excuse to not give a full day boundery. I hate smoke from cars and buses and I do not one to be surrounded by them anymore.
Anything Illegal I do not want to be a piece of trash to the society and recently people involved with drugs are being slaughtered by the cops. I wanted a normal life.
Cyber cafes- These establishments are very popular here because believe it or not many people from this country still don't have computers and can't afford monthly internet Bills. Also kids who loves to play Online games like DOTA and League of Legends use it as a way to chill out. These establishments are popular to teenagers and I do not want to be surrounded by teenagers. I can get along with some but a crowd of teens will be too much for me.
Store- My parents use to own a store and I remember how much stress it caused them. They moved to the transport business for that reason. Also with all these malls popping out in this country, Independent groceries are struggling.
Restaurant- I love to cook as a hobby but not as a business. My dad is a Grumpy hot headed perfectionist and he is a chef. I know the stress of a restaurant Kitchen environment. Also majority of the failed businesses I see are restaurants.

I grew up with parents who runs a transport business and I hated it because of the air pollution and the shady drivers. It gave me stressed out grumpy parents. I do not want to be in the restaurant business because just look at Gordon Ramsey on TV. he is Grumpy. The restaurant Kitchen is one of the most stressful environments ever.

@CaptAlbertWhisker yes if you are going to drive the car yourself then yes it can be bad for health. but giving on rent is good passive income.

@skysnap The garage is basically the front of my family's house and all the smoke enters the house. I also have lung surgery because I am born with an abnormal lung due to my mom attempting to abort me so yes, No automotive business for me. Also the drivers my family hired were jerks.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Oh yes, property can be an excellent business (it can also be disastrous as well). I have been involved in it in the past and I'm looking to get involved again, especially with interest rates being low.

It is still though the business that is most likely to fail. Also online shopping is not really a craze in 3rd world countries. People here still prefers to shop in person though I do not want to have a store.
My dream business will be apartments and rental buildings.I just want to receive rent on a monthly basis.

@egdcltd I am also considering a girl's dorm. No I am not being a pervert wanting to be surrounded by college girls. I just found girls easier to trust and less rebellious.

I don't know if there is a safe business out there. Owning a business brings stress. I watched my parents own a business and I don't think that they ever relaxed!!

Apartment seemed easy as long as you wont have squatters as tenants. My parents are business owners and I don't live with them because they were grumpy 24/7. I also have business of my own but I am more chill.

Interesting to think of it from the perspective of businesses I'd like LEAST like to run. My stereo speaker refinishing thing is good, for the reasons you suggest. And it's low stress, because the worst thing that can happen (other than someone breaking into my house and stealing my "inventory") is that a repaired corner would fail, or something like that. I'd just fix that for free.

I want to have a Branch of Western Union. I do not need to sell products and Money transfer is a huge thing here. Also paying Bill online is also not popular here. People loves to pay their bills in Western Union.

@shshiju if they will get overwhelmed by simple problems, the business will definitely fail.

@CaptAlbertWhisker yes indeed. Only a passionate leader can direct. Other wise lot of chances to flop it.

I give salaries to my employees and thankfully they haven't complained so far. I don't do endo to save money because it is evil.
