Starting tomorrow I will be picking up the oldest child I babysit from school. That means packing all three boys into the car and driving 15 minutes to get her and then back home. Because I have to do this my daughter has take the bus from her school to her dads school bus. I would just walk up and get her everyday if I didn't have to drive to pick up one of the kids from school. They both get out at the same time everyday. Ill leave my house at about 1:45 pick up come back home and should pull in at 3/3:30. My husband won't be home till 4:30 with our daughter. I hope she makes it from one bus to the other bus tomorrow with no issues. On the days I don't have work I'll let her teachers no and pick her up myself from her school. For now I'll enjoy walking her to school in the morning.

Yes, our very short walk to school in the mornings. I'll also enjoy those rare afternoon walks home.

Well that gets complicated doesn't it? How old is your daughter?

It's not that complicated. She is 5 and the walk in the morning is very short we life right near the school she attends to. We did the bus for preschool last year with the three boys. One of the boys is the other girl's brother so I get hi, very early in the morning like at 7:15 but we will Lready be up. Afternoon pick up I have to the get the girl and she is 6 the drove to her school takes 15 ,I it's because it's down by my husband's dads house. It'll take a few days to get use to it. Next year my middle son will be in kindergarten and she'll be in 1st grade.

@BelleStarr all three of my kids will go to the same school. The family I babysit for live 15 minutes away so their daughter goes to a different school. They are working to get over this away where I live the schools are a bit better but the elementary school is good that their daughter goes to it open last year. It's not complicated to me at all. It's of our older kids go to school all for 6.5 hours.

@ShyBear88 lol It does sound complicated but I am sure it will work out just as you want it. I remember when my kids were small at one point all three were in separate schools, drove me bonkers especially at conference time.

Sounds like you have some busy days ahead. My sis does a daycare and she used to do a lot of driving around. She only cares for preschool children now. Even the carting to the library and park became too hard, so they pretty much stay put. She made a kind of park in her own yard. Good luck with juggling it all!

My daughter's school is right in front of our house so walking my daughter in the school takes less time 5 minutes. So I won't have the kids in the car all day just in the afternoon to pick up the oldest from her school.
