hey everybody, these days I am very busy and also my life is full of stress and tension and due to that, I got headaches in the night. I am that kind of person who thinks a lot ...I think while sleeping, eating, doing some important work. I think a lot and that is the biggest issue ...from last 2 months, I am trying to control myself and I get successful in controlling my anger. but now, I am unable to control my stress and tension....which is due to my overthinking habits...please suggest me some techniques through I can manage to control my stress.

Yoga always seem to relax me. Unfortunately I sprained my ankle so I cannot do yoga for a while. Another thing that relaxes me is watching comedy shows, as they say Laughter is the best medicine. I think that quote is still applicable to curing stress

@hema7213 Always think that you'll get ugly when you get stressed. Always think that it's best to always smile and getting angry, stressed, tensed, and the like will make you look older and ugly.
I, myself, am always trying not to get mad because I realize I'm getting ugly.
When I smile, I feel I'm sooooo pretty. I feel everything around me is great! Of course, there are times when you can't really control your anger. I understand that. You should be willing to change for the better. You're the only one who can change you. Help yourself.

make a time table of the daily chores you are gonna do and follow it accordingly, also keep some quality time for your ownself and reflect.. dis is important as due to this current environment around us we fail to spend alone time in silence...
