So in my reading list now is John Maxwell's book entitled "Your Road Map to Success". I am in chapter 5 now and so far so good, I like the book. In the previous chapter he defined that success is a journey. He cited Richard Branson as an example. Richard Branson is quite successful and he is known to be the guy who has not only made it to the top but is also the guy who keeps on making it to the top. This is an example that success is a continuous process which in turn makes success a journey.
Successful people has one thing in common. They all have that growth mindset. They continuously improve. So I guess John Maxwell is pretty right about his definition of success.
How about you? How would you define success? Do you have that so called growth mindset?

Success is reaching the summit of your goals and doing well on it. Success is something that can make us happy but it is also something that can destroy us.

What do you mean when you said success can destroy us? Is it because when we reach it, we become boastful and proud?
