I'm sorry to hear that you have that and that it causes you pain:/. I do get that a lot, as well as I dislocate fingers frequently-for me it's related to archery and repeated stress on my draw fingers, 2 fingers are not really meant to repeatedly draw 80lbs of pressure, it doesn't bother me that much but am guessing it is a bad sign for when I get older-unfortunately I have zero advice I could offer concerning this...and it's something I should probably look into for the reasons I just mentioned:/.

Sorry to hear you have so many finger problems yourself. Believe it or not I think my trigger finger is caused by moving things around on a touch screen too much, as in holding my hand in the same position for long periods of time. The best advice I can find is to use NSAIDs fairly often to help reduce inflammation.

i get 'em from time to time, though such aint confined to jest one finger. i usually find the need fer'n epsom salt soak 'n then a lil time with'n ice pack to relieve the pain'n' get such to quit. i hope that'cha find the culprit causin' 't...'n some relief 's well.
