Rush Limbaugh Explains Conservatism

Now that Rush has basically sided with Donald Trump and against the Republican Establishment, he must begin to explain what conservatism is all about. He said that Edmund Burke is one of the primary founders of the conservative philosophy and he believed in limited government and human freedom. Burke supported the American Revolution but opposed the French Revolution as he thought it was the beginning of modern liberalism, big government, and limiting human freedom. Is he on the right track?
