Computer Issues

Besides the infection on my computer and all the stuff I can't do or update I am also having issue with doing much at all early in the morning. From about 3a. until around 6a. page loading and such is extremely slow on my computer. I wonder if it is the ISP or what. I tried to order something on Walmart and it took a half an hour just to do a quick transaction. I wanted to use what I had left of the savings gift card and so all together it took the page loading three or four times to get to the final page of the transaction. A good lesson in patience.
Infection is such that I can't upgrade my browser or add or delete anything on my computer. This started probably in June. I had thought about doing a reset but I am not sure when it started. I cannot afford to pay a tech to go in and clean up my computer so I just deal with it. I payed to have it done four or five months back and now this happened. Even though the tech sold me on a anti-virus that was supposed to be good. So much for that. To do the complete one would take forever but, I am about ready to do it.
Mylot has been doing a time out thing. Occasionally I will get an error and page won't load. It is so frustrating.
Are you having any issues?

Occasionally I would have a pop up on myLot but I can cancel out, clear history, restart and I'm good to go! I am sorry to hear you have some sort of virus/infection with your computer. I used to have a lot of problems when I had a PC but now I have a MAC and have not had any headaches yet.

The time of day that you mention makes me wonder whether you have Automatic Maintenance set for that time.
It may be worth running a complete factory default reset. This should eradicate any issues, but would turn your system back to the day that you first bought it. You would then have a lot of updating to do and would need to reinstall any programs that you have installed since.
