9/11 totally upset me... / myLot

I was one of the officers selected to represent the Government t attend a conference in U.S. I felt very happy and arranged a good party to all my colleagues and friends. Everything was going on smoothly. I was asked to submit my passport to the Government for booking the tickets. I got stitched a very decent dress besides the one which I had to as per the dress code prescribed. When I heard about the attack I was totally shattered as I was supposed to be in U.S on 17th. I felt very sorry for my luck. Did you have such experience?

I was living here in Israel when it happened and we were in our 2nd intifada then and we had things going on here that happened too.
