Frustrations in life

All of us face some amount of frustrations in life. Either we are frustrated in our married life or in our professional life and yet keep going because life has to go on.
Is it better to digest these frustrations and just wait for better days or find means to get out of those frustrations. If it's in professional life we can try and go for a change but what about a marriage that you have kept going for 30years?

I don“t think that there is a single life without frustrations. And it all depends. There are those that you can learn to accept and those that need help.

For the most part I think we can find a way to work through them. With a marriage perhaps counselling would help with the problems that are causing the frustrations. In the workplace you could seek out a new job or talk to management about the concerns. I do believe better days are always ahead. No life goes without some sort of frustration from time to time.

Yes, sometimes we have to become our own counselor.
