Late soccer practices

Last night was my daughters frost late night soccer practices. It went for, 6:30-7:30 and for her that is late since she has school,at 7:30am ans she gets up at 6:20am. Yeah my kid is one that needs about 12 hours of sleep which is normal for kids her age.
Practices went well, and stopped at 7:30 as planned. We got in the car came home. She said she was hungry still but after we got into the house and took her stuff odd she said she just wanted to go to bed and will eat in the more info. We did our bed time stuff brushed teeth used the potty said good night and got into bed. Once a sleep she was gone for the night.

That is late for practice for kids who have to get up early for school. It is hard on them when they don't get their required amount of sleep.

Bi know right. She did well this morning it took her a bit to wake up but good thing is we live very close to the school so she has extra time to wake up and get ready for school
