Hypocrites

Who are the hypocrites? The band that admittedly used many drugs,but other than themselves and a few others hurt no one, unlike what the pharmaceutical corporations have done, who have done much harm in debt alone . That is what I thought of when I heard these lyrics.
Also makes me think how it sounds punk lyrically, but musically pretty mainstream. Punk fans hate that. To bad, they forget, if you are trying to show a message, you have to play it for the masses. No ego here, just straight truth. Facebook might be trying to become the new MTV as much as I hate to say it. At least they will show things that are needed to be shown. A another punk song that trended on Facebook and received nearly a million views in 2 days. You had to know I was going to write about this. Well, if I had friends. My loner outlook.

I liked it. The music was kind of mainstream, but I hate Big Pharma, so I dug the lyrics.

Agreed, but sometimes they need to be mainstream also. I just hate when they over do it. lol

I dont think I have heard this song. Maybe a long time ago. I agree..that everyone is in it to make a living. Thats why the whole 'sell out" concept can be a little oxymoronic to me. I do agree NOFX is probably not considered straight up punk - very poppy and ska-ey at times. But to me thats a good thing! Some bands could learn from that lol.
