Water Tower (From the Ground)

The new river walk goes right past one of the city's water towers. This is pretty cool. But, I am admittedly a little concerned about the fact there is no fence between the walkway and the tower itself. Doesn't seem particularly safe and I hope to see that corrected soon.

It most definitely should be fenced in. I am surprised to hear that it isn't. That would never be allowed around here.

It used to be. But, for some reason, they took the fence down. Even if you overlook the water supply risk, it seems like it would be a safety risk.

There is the illusion of the power pole leaning into the water tower.
