Living with water

After getting up early in the bed finished the yoga for 10 minutes. Yesterday, I had minimum lunch and the dinner was not there as usual except a glass of buttermilk. Today, early in the morning the effect was found. I noticed that there is no pain in the ankle and am quite freely folding my right leg as before. I really wondered how the food restriction can contain my ill-health. Regular intake of minimum food and more amount of water will not only improve the bowel movements but also good for the skin problem that may likely to come with the advancement of age. It also decelerates the aging process Gives strength to the bones and repairs the cartilage that may worn-out due to regular wear and tear It increases the brain power, intelligence, and makes one alert as the blood can be supplied easily to the brain due to easy availability of Oxygen in the water. The heart can do this activity very easily and as such the chances of getting heart problems will be very very less. So I have decided to go ahead living with water only for 15 days. I want to give a try and see whether it is feasible or not.

Nice .....So many times I decided to drink more water but I neglecting everytime due to busy life.
