It is good to have something natural to deal with our health and regular exercise and proper eating habit are common sense in today's world. However, taking supplement and vitamins maybe a good idea for someone but useless for others. When consulting a doctor, the doctor always respond like this " "we don't believe in things like this since there is no solid proof that these stuffs can really help our health. " To me , it is quite discourage comment from the doctor. What do you think ? Share with us ?

After i had my total abdominal hysterectomy , my gynecologists prescribed me vitamin E, vitamin C and B1 , B6 And B12 supplements . I feel good taking them. I seldom get sick .
In fact i added fish oil . I am glad i did because now i am not as forgetful as my husband who only drinks his medication for high blood and would take anti-cholesterol pills when he says he think his cholesterol is high .

Yes, health is important. For without health, we can't enjoy nothing even when we have money.
Eat healthy is always good whether it is vitamin or any kind of food.

It is important, of course, to make sure that your diet contains sufficient vitamins and minerals and, sometimes, supplements are necessary, especially for older people. A doctor can tell you whether you are deficient in certain things and will then advise you what to do or what supplements are necessary and worthwhile.
No doctor worth his salt will recommend something for which there is no evidence of benefit. Many of the products available in health stores carry glowing reports of what they are supposed to do but, very often, these products with their supposed benefits have no medical value whatsoever. You are free to buy them, of course, and usually they will do you no harm but, realistically, they are a complete waste of money.
Always, if you are in doubt, take your doctor's advice and don't pour money down the drain!

If you have a balanced diet the doctors say no need for supplements.

I only take meds when I'm sick. But taking vitamins is highly recommended.
Maybe I'll start taking it soon.

I take supplements and I think it helps cos I can feel the difference with and without.
Especially when I am a vegetarian and there may be some vitamins or minerals that it is harder for me to intake from my normal diet...
