Doctor´s appointment today.

So the wonderflu holidays ended, I slept more than ever andnow, whether I like it or not I will have to go to the doctor.
She is a diabetologist and I will take the tests I have so that she can see them. I hope she doesn´t need more tests and that I can start a treatment soon.
I know already that I will probably need some meds (Metformin) and that I will also need a diet.
I am begining to do my own brainwashing and I think I will have to stop eating some of the food I like.
Do you dread to do to the doctor sometimes?

I always dread the doctors appointments so I probably don't go as often as I should. I wish you all the best with your visit today. I hope all goes well. My fiance is a diabetic and is on metforimin.

One of my doctor friends told me that with metformin and a reasonable diet I could keep everything under control.

@marguicha Yes that is what he does and has no problems. It did at first because he has a hard time changing his diet but he got use to it after awhile.

In the years leading up to my surgery, I went to so many doctors that going to the doctor in itself made me sick, LOL. Now I don't go for preventive at all, I'm sorry to say. I don't go unless something is wrong.
I'll be thinking about you today and hoping everything goes smoothly for you.

I have to do because I have prediabetes and it has to be controlled.
