Delicious, Easy Dinner Tonight

Tonight's dinner will be terrific. I love barbecued pork chops and so does my husband. We decided that we will enjoy them tonight. I picked up a pack of center cut pork chops yesterday for a really good price so we will be enjoying them tonight. With them we are waffling between a baked potato with sour cream or a salad of lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella cheese chunks. I think we may end up with the salad. We are going to have chicken thighs, coated with breadcrumbs, spices and herbs and baked in the oven. I will serve grilled vegetables and roasted potatoes as side dish.

Sounds good. We are having grilled steak with lots of mushrooms,onions and peppers and some left over potatoes and carrots fried up in the skillet.

;we had veal patties tat were huyge and mixed frozen veggies that I really loathe whty nit fresh veggies cooled, pasta marinara, coffee and mikl and a good pecan pie slice for dessert I\m in a retilrement center by the way

Can't you have the potato AND the salad? Sounds delicious. I don't know what we're having. I think tonight will be a soup or a fish night. Last night we had chicken with baked potato and broccoli.
