I lost 2 of my Yahoo emails for no reason and One account of mine forced me to change my password . Yahoo is more pain in the butt when it comes to Password security but the funny thing is they got hacked more times than gmail did.
I found it disturbing that 500 Million emails just got hacked. I have 3 gmail accounts and thankfully they were never hacked. Yahoo is more strict with Passwords because they forced me to have symbols, numbers and a Capital letter on my password but they got hacked before gmail did.

Just because you can still log in with them, it doesnt mean they were not hacked. It is better to change your password now.
