Ruby isn't fond of Fall either

OK y'all - so you think its cool that its fall...
Well I don't care one little bit for it....and from the photo I think you can tell Ruby isn't all that thrilled either.
To cheer her up we went in the pool for a few hours, water is a nice 84 degrees and air temp. close to 90 so we'll still in the summer mode here. Next week it will all change.

We're hanging in for another week at least. After that we will probably close the pool..we normally do the first or second week in Oct.

I love fall.I love the colors of the leaves.The leaves are falling slowly.We have three huge maple trees.So you can see we have plenty of leaves.The kids love to play in it along of course Ms.Ruby when she is alone.
No I have my Summer and done what needed to be done.I love fall.

I'm still in summer mode too and my neighbors already have their pumpkins out (geez). Poor Ruby doesn't look happy at all

I am sure Ruby is not happy, I would not be with a stupid fall wreath on me either

The dogs here seem to enjoy cooler weather, but would not tolerate the wreath that seems to annoy Ruby! Not looking forward to winter here, The air temperature is nice at the moment and the water temperature is fine.

We are at our 100th day of over 90 degrees....our normal is 48 days.Tomorrow will be the last 90 degree day.

Labs are made for cold weather - weather doesn't bother Ruby. We don't get that cold, except maybe for a week or so a few times during winter.

Yes, all good warm days will come to an end...although she can swim in ice water we do need to close the pool before it gets to that point.

@miniam Shoes....I guess if you live where there is a lot of snow/ice they might need them to keep the salt off their feet.

I have never liked dogs dressed up.They are so cute with their fur,why go and spoil it with clothes they do not even enjoy?
But the one i dislike the most are shoes on dogs.
