My poor head has been aching off an on all day. My poor sinus don't like this weather change from summer to fall. I'm sure with a little bit more sleep tomorrow my head will feel better. I know it's not caffeine or sugar I need I have plenty of that. Those darn plants that come out at the end of summer.

My sinuses were really bothering me a few weeks ago and then I came down with a nasty cold.

I seem to be find today. We have rain rolling in so the tempature change has a fection how I feel. But today I'm good no head aches.

I feel better today my head doesn't hurt. Tired but of course I'm almost always tired.

I use allergra but instead I took three Tylenal and went to bed early.
