I changed banks for the worst.

I had been using Union Bank for my PayPal affairs for a long time and the new town where I live have no Union bank so I decided to go for Bdo because I can pay bills with them. Bdo is the best bank for making time deposits and investments because it is the number 1 bank here but when it comes to Paypal relations it sucks.
I usually wait for 3 days when I withdraw money from Paypal to Union Bank. Damn it is a different story with Bdo. It's been 11 days and my money is still pending. The wait period with them is a Painful 7 days and they don't count weekends.
I am dealing with 2 companies with bad customer support.Paypal reply with bots and BDO call center agents don't get my problem.

I usually keep my PayPal money for online shopping, but I withdrew it 2 or 3 times to my bank account, and it took between 5 and 7 days, while a bank to bank wire transfer in my country appears the day after. 3 days seems very fast for an international transfer. You could not keep an account in your previous bank ?

Unionbank despite of being lower rank have better PayPal services because they have partnership with PayPal. BDO is painfully slow when it comes to PAYPAL transfer. The nearest Union Bank is A municipality away from my town.

@CaptAlbertWhisker It is the first time that I read that a bank has a partnership with PayPal. Not a bad idea, but I do not think that any of our banks wants to have a partnership with PayPal that they consider like a competitor not paying enough taxes in the country. Our banks have launched a service called "PayLib" to compete, but it works only in France. PayPal growing I hope that they will change their mind.

And I thought BPO was better, that's too bad you can't use your hard earned money from paypal.

I already got my money after 15 days. Oh they also charged me with 200 pesos as a processing fee.

@CaptAlbertWhisker OMG! I used Unionbank EON too. And since my EON has expired I use E-Coin virtual visa card to withdraw PayPal funds then I buy Bitcoin.

I am livid with this bad service. I call the customer service on an hourly basis because I need to vent out.

I hope you are able to get your money real soon. That sounds like a bad bank to me.

I can't start a new bank account somewhere else because I just spent thousand of dollars for this one and I do not want to spend money again for now.

I am still waiting for my money until now. What a slow bank. I wish there is a union bank on my area.

With my bank it takes a day and I have it in my account even though they say it can take 3-5 business days.

Paypal is a North American company so you got the cash faster.

They have a bad customer service too. None of their agents can help me And I even encountered a technical support person who don't know what PayPal is.
