Enchiladas for Dinner!

We had enchiladas and salad for dinner. It was pretty darn good, but we hadn't planned for dessert. My mother in law just went to go get ice cream but I don't know if I am in the mood for ice cream. We have some sweet cereal that my son is currently having as his dessert though I know as soon as he sees the ice cream he will want some. Cookies or brownies would be good to have with the ice cream. We'll see what I plan to have. What did you have for dinner? Have you had enchiladas? Do you like them? What do you plan on having for dessert if at all?

that is great.I love enchiladas. after eating that.Not sure any room for dessert for me.LOL

Enchiladas sounds pretty good! I haven't had any in a while. I had pizza for lunch and dinner is probably roasted chicken. :)
