Roller Derby Fever!

Today my mother in law took me with her to watch a roller derby match a friend of hers is in. I am in love with the sport and wish it was more popular. It was so exciting to see those ladies really show their strength during the match. When we got home we looked up roller derby movies and watched Whip It which was so good and got me even more pumped about the sport. I am determined to learn how to skate and once I am great at skating I may try my hand at roller derby myself. I love the names the ladies come up with for themselves. My mother in law's friend's name is Rachel and her derby name is Rach Against the Machine. Have you heard of and/or seen a roller derby? Do you know how to skate?
