When Will My Suffering End

I feel like I am dying on the inside. It is about to make day 7 that I am in pain with cramps, bloated, and other annoying problems. I can't believe this has lasted this long when I haven't even had to deal with a real one of these for a long time because I am on the depo shot. I guess when and if I do get them I get it terribly. I am sure the ladies here on myLot know what I am talking about so I don't have to actually say it. So ladies, what is/was the worst thing about getting these for you? How long was the longest lasting one for you? What did you use/do to treat the symptoms? My sister once had hers for like a month straight and ended up going to the doctor about it. I think it was because of some sort of deficiency or something. I can't remember exactly.
