They Heard a Child Screaming

I met some people who told an amazing story. They swear it is true. I know some of it is but not sure about the rest.
It was a normal morning. A mother took her little girl outside. A neighbor girl the same age joined them.
The mother went inside to get a snack. The neighbor child heard her mother calling and went home next door.
A drunk driver picked that moment to jump the curb, plow down a fence, and mow down a hedge. His car landed on the child sitting at a table. She died instantly. It was 10 am.
The people I met went on to explain that when you pass that house at 10 am, you can hear a child screaming.
They had no way of knowing that I personally knew this mother and grieved with her in her tragedy. I have never heard screaming coming from that corner.
What do you think? Is it possible that the little one still haunts that tragic place?

I hope not, I hope that she is in a much better place basking in the glory of heaven.

Very haunting indeed. Poor kid. I hope the stupid drunk driver got caught and is paying dearly for this crime.

Even I have heard such stories, and many have even expressed the terrific facial expression when saying it. So, this made me quiet think that maybe its true. But this same thing goes with the concept of God.
You know, you can never know whether they actually exist or not until you experience. And once you experience, no one believes. If anyone believes, no one could understand the depth.

It could be entirely possible, but I'm pretty sure she is in a better place now.
