Fresh Salmon For Lunch!

Todays lunch was truly epic, not only was it my favorite seafood but it was made with alot of love. My wife preseasoned the slab of salmon last night and this morning put it to back around 10 a.m. so by lunch it was ready! She also sauteed some zucchini wich I also love and made me some soft white rice to go with the salmon!
Im truly a happy camper, now im at work in a better mood and im going to focus on staying positive and making the best of my day!

salmon is one sea food I love and its really good for us and liove zucchini which we do have quite oftern the salmon no they have yet to serve that here cost I guess
'bu t they have a seafood pasta that has shrimo and chuncks of real crab in it'and is
so good too

@BACONSTRIPSXXX I've heard that about brown rice before but have never had an issue with it myself. I'm working on my health so all grains must not be messed with if I eat it.

I just saw your post and gave me a great idea to add to the salmon I´m cooking for my granddaughter. I think I have a zuchinni in the fridge.

Zucchini is pretty bland, I just fry it with butter and heavy garlic and light salt
