But we pay on TIME!

I just can't believe we have yet again receive another notice from the Electric company, but this time it was a confirmation about us getting disconnected. Money won't come until the weekend, why can't they just wait for us to pay first. We religiously paid the bill every single month. But since we paid it through the payment center, we started to suspect that they don't immediately remit the pay, which got delayed in the first place. Shamefully admit, we had to call my aunt again and ask for an emergency cash. Glad I had skype this time. The CSR told us that we are behind payments, we should have paid long before the meter guy comes along.

Yes, those bayad centers don't report them on time . That's why when you are beating the deadline of a bill , pay it straight at the company that billed you .

That's right @SIMPLYD so from now I will just go ahead and go there instead to pay directly. darn bayad centers.

That's too sad to hear. Some companies are too inconsiderate in terms of paying bills. I am also waiting for the water bills and I ain't got any. It should be today.
