....for some of you guys who have been following, I've tried my best to at least pen something down although I'm stil super duper busy and my thoughts are here, there & everywhere. Anyways, it started out as a poem and somehow I fond it turning into somewhat a short story....oh well...what the heck, lol!~
So below is the recap from yesterday, Part 1:
Flashes of lightning, clamouring of thunder,
Roaring & rolling across the night sky,
Like sporadic spasms, of that of birthpangs
Like that of an expectant mother, waiting for the bursting of her water bag....
How much longer shall one tary?
Which is more unberable....the long and tedious wait for the end of drought, or the abrupt joy that will hence come forth
( inspired by @nidhiS1997 )
Here's Part 2:
As sudden as the rythmic symphony of falling droplets from the heavens started, so has the arrival of the newborn brought life to the cold, dark & empty room. The void, now filled with the sound of the wailing infant, as if joining into that whole nature's orchestra, though the surrounding, chilly as it may seem, is now a cosy pink feel, an atmosphere that warms the heart...the testimony of love fully established, and the labour brought all that into fruition.......
( I find that this has somehow evolved into descriptive writing, lol!~ )
