Talk About STINK!

Oh YUK! When I left this morning at 8:30 AM, there was a dead skunk laying in the road that we had to swerve around to get out of our driveway. It was in the middle of the road and the whole area stunk. When I got back at about 4:30 PM, the skunk was still there in the road. I changed clothes and went to the grocery store and when I went out of the driveway this time, there was a HUGE vulture sitting in the road, near the dead skunk. The vulture barely moved when I pulled out of the driveway. I was at the store maybe a half hour so when I got back, I saw that the skunk was no longer in the road. HOWEVER, when I pulled into my driveway, there was the skunk AND the vulture who had moved it about ¼ of the way up my driveway. YUK! YUK! The vulture flew away and I had to straddle the skunk to get up the driveway and the smell was outrageous! I immediately told my son, but he was NOT going to do anything about it. He said the vulture would probably eat it by morning. I certainly hope so. My son will take my grandson to school at 7 AM, so I hope that by then it’s gone. OH! How I hate things like this!
