As @zarlamain stated, the discussions have no sustenance. You can't use the artwork solely as the discussion. You could talk about how you did the artwork in more detail. You could talk about colors, or how you came by the use of those colors. So continuing to post a picture and ask for feedback with nothing contributed from you will continue to get your discussions deleted. Good luck.
