As much as I love my coffee, I have to confess, I love a good cup of tea every now and then.
There is a organic tea, naturally decaffeinated, made Herbalists, that is delicious. The best part of it is, this tea is made especially to help relieve occasional sleeplessness.
The main ingredient is passionflower which is known for it's ability to soothe your nervous system. This tea has hints of citrus and spice in it.
Anyway, I made a pot of tea for us when we got back home from Inverness where we went to stay during the hurricane.
We all needed something to help us relax and hopefully go to sleep. Do you ever use tea for relaxation, sore throat, or anything of the other many uses?

I don't drink coffee and I've never been able to get in to hot tea either. A lady at church made some Chai tea from scratch and I drank some to be nice as she was nice enough to make us each a cup. I really like it! She gave me the recipe though, which I never made and now have no idea where it is.

I do enjoy a good cup of tea from time to time. I love mint tea especially. I have tried/used ginseng, chamomile, green tea, and a few others over the years. I will have to look for passionflower tea. I had no idea it could be used to soothe the nervous system. Thank you for the info.
BTW the teapot is so very cute!

I have once had a fruit tea. I really liked it, but it made me not fall asleep that night.

I enjoy peppermint tea when I have an upset stomach. My doctor is often prescribing tea to relax
