Have you faced explorer issues?

This morning I was surfing sites. Suddenly when I minimized a browser windows . Then when I ended the browser task the windows explorer and task bar vanished.
Have you faced the same issue. It is not coming back. I have tried ctrl. But in vain.
What to do . Will I restart my computer to get explorer and taskbar on?

Yes I have faced it many times...l don't know the problem is with my explorer or laptop

Yes Laptops hang a lot. I think you should move to desktop
