I got my $25

Last week one of my ebay orders has been delivered to a wrong person by my supplier... I was worried it was $25 and also my customer was waiting to get it. I contacted all three parties,,,,My buyer, My Supplier, and the Peraon who receieved the item. My Buyer could understand my situation and she agreed to wait until I solve my problem. My Supplier.......darn ,shame on her.. I have already purchased more than 10 items worth over $250, but she didnt want to compromise. The person who received it...She is Mrs. Terri Storm from Bessemer, USA ....such a nice person... She agreed to send the item back. Utbthe shipping cost is higher than the item cost... So she agreed to pay my cost... I cant believe this... I sent the invoice last night and by early in the morning payment was received... Thats for her. She is a loyal customer. I really appreciate...

What a honest person! It is too bad for your supplier who doesn't want to do something in this aspect. You shall change another better supplier. As you know, sometimes it is hard to meet considerate customers anyway.

Lucky that the person who received it is very understanding and generous. She shouldn't be burdened by any shipping cost at all since it wasn't her fault... The supplier should be the one paying for her mistake...

She didnt want to compromise...so bad. I decided to move to another supplier... Thats person,, she is really trustworthy...
