Something Wrong - I can't Comment

I don't know what has happened. It was working properly few minutes back. But now when I click on "Comment" icon, its showing like that in the Picture I attached....
There is no box to type the comment, only that smilies are there... Can't click on those too.
But, I can "Respond" to any discussion..that works properly. Problem is only with "Comment".. Do you have any idea about this matter?????

Now This happens only in lap... I can comment on the phone

i don't see any picture attached to this post, either.
do you mean you can't comment back to responses in your own post, or responses in other people's post, but you are able to respond to other people's posts?

Cant comment on any post or reaponse... Not only others , even I cant reply to my own...but now it happens only on laptop. Picture is there, I can see...

Not only for one discussion,,, but even for my discussions its same... Then the blocking thing cant apply here...isnt it?
