It doesn't matter how careful or if they follow the rules or what ever, When this happens it kills a lot of people.
Don't they realize that the new President won't allow the use of fire works Nationwide. Because when he was still mayor of davao, he banned all firework activities.
It was like a huge bomb explosion, killed those within the building premises.

Maybe will they be allowed to export them if they cannot sell locally
? Your president will soon forbid you to pee without asking for it
. There is always a risk of explosion in any factory working with powder. We have a factory preparing explosives in my area, and there is an explosion approximately every 10 years. It is in a middle of a wood because these factories are not allowed to be implanted near homes here, due to the danger they represent. I hope that this explosion did not made many victims.

I approved this ban, so many children and idiot adults got injured last year @topffer luckily we don't have much fireworks now. Because compare before it lasted thirty minutes and it was a huge smoke all over, I don't agree with household doing fire works display, maybe something done by huge business like malls or muncipalities, just one huge organize fire works show will be fine.
They actually tried to forbid spitting in NCR last year, but that didn't last long.
